Subject: Announcement - Martin's Replacement, Vivii Chan on board

Some of you may already know, I am going to leave ACB Ltd. in two weeks and my last working day will be on 13 April (Friday).  Thank you very much for the support which you have provided during the past years.  I have really enjoyed my tenure with ACB Ltd during the past 10 years, I am sure I will be missing all of you very much.

May I take this chance to introduce my replacement, Vivi Chan she has just on board this Monday, I am doing my best to hand off projects and provide training to her now, please be patient and give her some time to pick up, I am sure you will give her the same supports as what you gave me in the past.  Please ensure all projects and studio jobs are sent through Vivi, she will manage the team daily operation, projects and manpower arrangement accordingly.

Pls note that Vivii is going to take over my current email "ysdf@163.com" and extension 567 from 2nd April onward, you can contact her with the same email address as I am using now, no need to make an extra c.c. to either Martin nor Vivi again, as during my last two weeks working here, I will be using the same email address as Vivi.

As some of you are get use to work closely with me in the past years,  kindly do let me know if anything you would like me to hand off to my replacement specially prior.
